If you are unclear about what next steps to take, or what practitioners to seek out to help you solve a healthcare challenge that you or a loved one are facing - - this session is perfect for you.

Liz draws on almost 20 years of working across the healthcare continuum to help you in this process. In an increasingly complex medical system it is not easy to know what next steps to take to get the care you need; Liz is available to help.

Liz brings to the practice an integrated approach that combines manual therapy, mindfulness and exercise to facilitate health & well-being. Her goal: to help clients find their way to a healthy and balanced body. She creates a personalized plan that diagnoses your needs at their source and provides a road map for the rehabilitation process.

Liz has worked extensively in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation since attaining her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU in 2005. In addition to her work as a PT Liz has been a certified massage therapist since 2000. She has studied meditation and yoga extensively since the late nineties, and completed over 500 hours of training in yoga therapy. All of this to say – Liz is committed to the study of the mind-body connection and brings this wisdom into her clinical practice.

Outside of her life as a clinician, Liz can be found riding bikes both on and off the pavement, refining her handstands, exploring the Sierras, or enjoying delicious cuisine with her loved ones. She’s a bit of an activity nut, and has a fairly in-depth movement history to draw upon when working with clients.
